These terms govern the RedditReplyGen extension, website, optional hosted trial, and paid Pro service. RedditReplyGen is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Reddit, Inc.
Service and manual review
RedditReplyGen creates or localizes editable Reddit comment and post-field drafts only after you request them. It never posts, comments, votes, follows, messages, creates accounts, or submits content for you. You must review, edit, and decide whether to publish every draft.
Accounts, billing, and cancellation
Free BYOK remains available without a paid subscription. A paid plan’s price, billing period, taxes, seller or merchant of record, payment provider, and renewal terms are shown before checkout. Checkout may be provided by Waffo Pancake or another provider identified before purchase; when Waffo Pancake is shown as merchant of record, its buyer-facing payment, tax, receipt, refund, and dispute terms also apply to that transaction. A subscription renews for the displayed period until canceled through the provider portal when available or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally leaves paid access active through the current billing period.
Refund policy
You may request a full refund within seven calendar days of the first RedditReplyGen subscription charge if the paid benefit has not been materially consumed. We also refund verified duplicate charges and may provide a refund, service extension, or credit for a verified RedditReplyGen outage lasting more than 72 consecutive hours. Renewal charges are normally non-refundable after the renewed period begins, but an unused renewal reported within 48 hours will be reviewed fairly. Email [email protected] from the account address with the order or transaction ID and reason; never send a full card number. We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days. Approved refunds return through the original provider, whose settlement may take five to ten business days. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Acceptable use and user responsibility
Do not use RedditReplyGen for spam, repetitive or unsolicited bulk replies, hidden advertising, vote manipulation, mass messaging, account farming, harassment, impersonation, ban evasion, rule bypass, or unlawful activity. Visible No AI rules stop generation. You are responsible for your inputs, generated drafts, relationship disclosures, publication decisions, and losses or third-party claims caused by unlawful or unauthorized use.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
RedditReplyGen is provided “as is” and “as available.” Generated drafts and rule signals may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, infringing, or unsuitable and are not legal, financial, medical, moderation, employment, or other professional advice. Verify every draft and the current community rules before relying on or publishing it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, reputational, lost-profit, or lost-data damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for RedditReplyGen during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Mandatory rights and liabilities remain unaffected.
Breach, suspension, and termination
We may warn, limit generation, remove access, suspend service, or terminate an account for a material or repeated breach, spam or platform abuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, security risk, non-payment, infringement, or a legal requirement. We may act immediately where needed to protect users, the service, a community, or a third party. Refunds after enforcement follow the refund policy and mandatory law; consumed service is not refunded solely because access was terminated for breach. You may cancel a subscription as described above and request account closure at [email protected]. If we terminate prepaid service for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will refund the unused prepaid portion where applicable.
